BEGINNER
We have an introductory program for young athletes who are new to the sport of boxing is a great way to teach them the basics and set a strong foundation for their boxing skills.
We cover:
- Basic stance
- Jab
- Cross
- Hook
- Right punch
Throughout our program, safety is always a top priority, and students wear appropriate protective gear, such as mouth-guards, headgear, and boxing gloves during sparring sessions. We instill the values of discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship in young athletes as they develop their boxing skills.
